Perkasie Borough is accepting applications from farmers and local food producers for the 2026 season of the award-winning Perkasie Farmer’s Market.
Who Qualifies?
Vendors who grow, produce or process the items they have for sale. Plants, flowers and other grown or derived products associated with growing may also be sold. Crafts and handmade items that fit within our sustainability mission, will be considered based upon available space.
Acceptance:
Please be aware that space is limited and we may need to deny applications to ensure sufficient market variety. We do not accept applications from commercial service businesses, national chains (direct sales agents) or resellers of craft items.

2026 MARKET OPTIONS:
FULL SEASON (21 weeks) | Single space $220, Double space (full season only) $300
EVERY WEEK in a 10’ x 10’ single space or a 10’ x 20’ double space (full season only). If you need more than a double space, register for a double, and contactevents@perkasieborough.orgfor information about a larger space. If you aren’t able to commit to EVERY WEEK, please sign up for a HALF SEASON and use the schedule below to choose HALF SEASON A or HALF SEASON B.
HALF SEASON A (11 weeks) WE ARE CURRENTLY FULL FOR HALF SEASON A | HALF SEASON B (11 weeks) | Single space $165
Sign-ups in 2026 are available for either Schedule A or Schedule B, as detailed below.
- Half season in a 10’ x 10’ single space
- Schedule A generally includes the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month
- Schedule B generally includes the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month
- The market will not run on July 4th. There is an adjustment in the schedule below
- Two months (August and October) this season include a 5th Saturday, which will also result in minor schedule adjustments
- Carefully review both schedules and select the one that best fits your availability when registering

**ALL vendors, Schedule A and B, are invited to participate in the end-of-season Halloween market. We understand there may be some overlap in products, but this is one of our largest — if not the largest — markets of the year.
DROP-IN | $30 per market
Drop-in signups MUST request at least one date on the application. Do not leave the date question blank. Drop-in spots are only available pending approval by the Market Manager.
COMMUNITY SPACE | Free
This is a free 10’ x 10’ space reserved for LOCAL non-profits and civic groups. We ask that exhibitors in the community space bring a fun craft or interactive activity to connect with the crowd!

INSURANCE & FINE PRINT:
- ALL vendors (including the community spot) must supply a Certificate of Insurance, naming Perkasie Borough as the certificate holder, and evidencing general liability insurance coverage. Please email COI to events@perkasieborough.org. Applications are not complete until a COI and payment have been received.
- Vendors must supply own scales, bags, tables, shade structures, (CANOPY WEIGHTS are MANDATORY) and other items needed to display products and serve customers.
- Vending is conditional upon licenses, permits, payment and insurance received and reviewed.
APPLICATIONS:
To apply - LOG IN to your Perkasie My Rec account (or create an account if you are a new vendor). Add yourself to the WAITLIST and follow the prompts all the way through to a $0 invoice. You will receive a second invoice after we review and approve your application and move you off of the waitlist.
