Perkasie Borough is now accepting applications from farmers and local food producers for the 2025 season of the award-winning Perkasie Farmers Market. Please be aware that space is limited and we may need to deny applications to ensure sufficient market variety. We have a small number of spaces for vendors of hand made, home made craft items. We do not accept applications from national chains (direct sales agents) or resellers of craft items.
To apply - LOG IN to your account. Add yourself to the WAITLIST - we will review and approve your application by moving you off the waitlist.
All vendors (including Community Spot) must supply a Certificate of Insurance, naming the Borough of Perkasie as the Certificate Holder, and evidencing general liability insurance coverage. Please email COI to Market Manager at events@perkasieborough.org. Applications are not complete until a Certificate of Insurance and payment have been received.
We give preference to FULL season sign ups followed by HALF SEASON sign ups.
FULL SEASON signups are for EVERY WEEK. If you need more than a double (20') spot, register for a double, then contact events@perkasieborough.org for information about a larger spot.
HALF SEASON signups are for EITHER 1st & 3rd OR 2nd & 4th Saturdays. HALF season vendors are also welcome to apply to vend on AUGUST 30TH (5th Saturday). Note the request on the application.
DROP-IN signups MUST request at least one date on the application. Do not leave the date question blank. Drop in spots are only available pending approval by the Market Manager.
Full Season: $220
Double Sized Space (full season only): $300
Half Season: $165
Drop In: $30
We are accepting applications for our FREE community spot, open to LOCAL non-profits and civic groups. Please contact the Market Manager at events(at)perkasieborough.org or 215-257-5065 to express interest.
Vendors must supply own scales, bags, tables, shade structures, (CANOPY WEIGHTS are MANDATORY) and other items needed to display products and serve customers.
Please initially apply to the WAITLIST and follow the prompts all the way through to a $0 invoice. You will receive a second invoice after we review and approve your application.
Important 2025 dates:
January 31st: returning FULL & HALF season vendors given preference until this date
Feb 8: we begin reviewing applications from ALL potential vendors. Applications are processed in the order they are received.
First week in May (date TBA): Vendor meeting
May 23rd: Deadline for receipt of fees and insurance
June 7th: First market day
October 25th: Last market day
We will continue to accept applications after the market opens for the season. Please call 215-257-5065 to ask if there is an opening for your type of business.
Vending is conditional on licenses, permits, payment and insurance received and reviewed.
